 We are a RICS registered Chartered Surveyor Practice offering clients professional project management services for their renovation or new build project in South Western France.
In addition, for clients seeking sustainable construction solutions, we can advise on meeting modern energy performance standards (e.g. the French ‘BBC’ thermal standard) or more holistic approaches such as the International BREEAM assessment or French Haute Qualité Environnementale (HQE) objectives.
Working with partners we can also ensure green certification of your project, a requirement of some low cost financing arrangements.
For private individuals we offer a turnkey project management experience, in the case of renovation, from an initial examination of a building’s pathology to project planning, creation of floor plans, procurement planning and site management through to project closure. Equally, for swimming pools, we take care of planning requirements as well as management of the construction and equipment installation phases.
For international architects, we also offer 'à la carte' administrative support (e.g. arranging French planning authorisations, assisting with procurement and so on) as required to allow architects to focus on design work and implementation quality.
We also hold keys to second homes for overseas owners, facilitating access for maintenance.
With over 30 years of building experience, 14 of them in France, we are able to help our clients with their projects, no matter the scale; be that a bathroom refurbishment, a new swimming pool, a new build eco home or a complete renovation of a collection of stone buildings.
Although based in the Gironde, our work takes us throughout the South West of France, including The Pyrennees Atlantique, the Lot et Garonne, the Dordogne, the Lot and the Charente.
