There are individuals and companies within the region and locally who claim to be qualified. Please ensure you check what they are qualified and registered to work as and what their insurance covers them (or rather, you) for.

By contrast, we invest in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to ensure that the professional advice you receive remains right up to date and we are regulated by RICS to ensure that your best interests are protected at all times.

2. We work for you

A project manager works for you. A friendly ‘builder’ who can ‘help’ is likely to be only working for himself.

3. Trust

You do not pay tradespeople via us, you pay them direct. You do not pay cash, only by cheque or bank transfer. Anyone suggesting otherwise may not have your best interests in mind.

4. Quality of work

Cheaper doesn’t mean better. You the client will have the choice of materials to be used on your project. You will be able to choose from options with prices. Alternatives will be explained to you, allowing you to make informed choices. We work with a pool of registered tradespeople and architects who provide a high standard of work for our clients.

5. Peace of Mind

We will ensure your project is successfully managed. With constant communication, you will be kept up to speed with all aspects of your project.  Our contract protects your statutory and contractual rights meaning that your investment remains secure and costly disputes are avoided.
