In planning any renovation or new build project in France, it is vital the right architect and tradespeople are selected to ensure the client receives the project that they are paying for and expect.
At Bordeaux and Beyond Management, we are fortunate to work with several very good French architects, thus ensuring our client works with the one that is right for their project. Artisans are selected from a wide pool covering all of the trades, including landscape gardening, pool construction and maintenance, as well as structural engineers, electricians, plumbers, masons, joiners and carpenters, roofers and TV, AV & satellite installers, amongst others.
During the execution phase of a project, we are paid to be on site and to liaise constantly between the client, tradespeople and other actors such as regulatory bodies. It is the Project Manager’s role to take the plans and turn them into a reality, keeping the client in the loop and in control of the final cost at all times. We are in a position by nature of our experience and qualifications, to guide clients with expert advice through the trickiest of issues should they arise. This is a rare occurrence but to have independent expertise on the client’s side for the duration of the project provides clients with a necessary reassurance when undertaking any project from afar.
Once the project has been defined we specify a Work Breakdown, create plans if necessary, apply for planning authorisations as appropriate and source necessary and competing quotes from appropriate suppliers. We are then able to present a coherent and cost-effective project plan outline for client approval and modifications as necessary. We source more than one estimate per trade and negotiate to ensure that our clients receive the best price and guarantees available for their works and equipment.
During the entire process we are keen to ensure that our clients are fully informed so we place communication at the top of our schedules. Whether it be via email, phone, or webmeeting, we make sure our clients are kept up to speed with their project's progress in a timely fashion and that you are always able to reach us.
