We also offer RICS Homebuyer Reports to house-hunters who wish to be informed before taking the plunge to purchase a property.  A simple, low-cost and sensible precaution before buying any property, it can literally save a fortune where siginificant issues exist with the structure or services within the building.  Naturally, the results may also assist a purchaser in negotiating a final sale price.  Our fee for this service is 600 euro TTC (there may be a supplement for travel based on the property location).

The homebuyer report is structured by RICS and our surveyor visits the property to inspect, test and report on the structure and its services in accordance with RICS methodology.  Each report is dispatched to the client within three working days of the site inspection.  It is a client's repsonsibility to arrange access to premises to conduct a Homebuyer Report site inspection.  To book a Homebuyer Report, contact us by email with details of the premises (address, size, special characteristics and any concerns which you may have) as well as a suggested date for a site inspection.  We will reply with an offer - simply make payment by Paypal, Bank card or cheque and arrange access for us.  You will forward your report by email and/or post, as you wish, within the promised time frame.

If the building requires restorative works, at your request we can prepare a renovation project plan and obtain competitive quotes from licensed professionals, valid for three months from their date of issue so that you have a sound basis for negotiation of the purchase price.
