The Bordeaux and Beyond Management Practice was established to deliver a high quality construction and renovation project management service to an international standard.

Focusing on South Western France, it is one of only three registered RICS regulated project management companies in France, the other two being based in Paris and Nice.

Although our core activity is the construction and renovation of buildings and swimming pools, our service has evolved to include surveys, architectural plans, floorplans for estate agents, key holding for overseas owners and local administrative services for international architects.

The bilingual practice is coordinated by George Hodkinson FRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor with 30 years of experience in the property sector and Ian Morgan MSc Dist., a qualified Construction Project Manager with twenty years' experience in the construction and property sectors.

A French registered company, our offices are respectively located in Rauzan and St Emilion, within the Gironde department of France.
